For Best Result

• All students must attend two classes a week
• Student must arrive ten minutes before the start of class
• Let the school know if you will be missing more than one week of class
• Apply the student commitments in everyday life
• Repeat all the requirements as many times as possible
• Be generous with others, and strict with yourself
• You are competing against yourself and not against others
• If you have any problems do not hesitate to consult with any instructor
• Always empty yourself and have beginner's mind. This is the best attitude for training
• Please use the restroom and get water before class starts
