Age Specific Classes         Ages 3-6

This program is specially designed for children from the ages of 3-6 and

is taught by certified black belt instructors. Sangrock's martial arts classes

will help your child develop large motor skills, focus and attention span,

coordination and strength of mind and body. This not only helps them to

improve their grades, in school, but to also prepare them to excel in
