Training Programs

We have age specific programs for our students, ages 3 to the young in heart.

Little Ninjas (ages 3-6)

Our specialized Little Ninja program offers an age-specific curriculum that has been professionally designed to teach children life skills in a fun, exciting and enriching manner.

Youth Program (ages 7-12)

Our specialized youth program offers an age-specific curriculum that has been professionally designed to teach children life skills in a fun, exciting and enriching manner.

Adult Program (ages 13-Up)

Our adult students will experience a combination of exercises for both the body and the mind. Isometric and dynamic tension exercises will strengthen the body; stretching will help develop cardiovascular fitness; and deep breathing and concentration exercises will relax your mind, sharpen your responses and promote energy.

Family Program (all ages)

Gives parents a chance to exercise and spend valuable time with their children. This program is specially structured to satisfy the physical needs of parents and strong foundations for children.
Children, no matter what age, always enjoy learning and working together family.

Yoga

Learn to harness your energy so that you will be able to strengthen your inner core. While creating inner peace through meditation and concentration, you will also build flexibility and gain control.
