About the Instructor
Mr. Singh was born and
trained in India. He started yoga at the age of 8 as a part of his school’s
curriculum. He spent 4 year with his Guru to learn Traditional Indian
Yoga and well versed in Sanskrit Grammar. He is a
certified Hatha Yoga Instructor. He takes group
and private classes in Charlotte and Matthews. His
Yogic workshops helps people curing some chronic diseases like Asthma,
Backache, Blood Pressure, Obesity and Stress.
His meditation classes and workshops helps people to improve better sleep, less anxiety and depression.
