Welcome to Sangrock.  This program will greatly enhance your child’s self-confidence and concentration for a better head start in life. This not only helps them to improve their grades in school, but also prepares them to exhale I life’s challenges. We focus on all aspects of development that is physical, social, emotional and intellectual. Our goal is to provide an environment conductive for an overall development of the child.

Taekwondo training is five days a week. Student practice all their requirements and prepare for their next belt.

• Homework time is supervised.
• Reading  30 minutes everyday.

Character Building Program We have monthly themes which are divided into sub themes every week which makes it easier to interact and communicate with the kids about the moral of martial arts and why it's better than any other sports. We inculcate the tenets of Taekwondo, Courtesy, Integrity, Self-Control, Perseverance and Indomitable-Spirit in the kids so they become better person with strong foundation in their personality. In the after school, we talk a lot about student commitments and how to follow them on their own, doing the right thing even when nobody watches.
