Youth Athletic Conditioning

Youth Ages 6-11
Building champion athletes and winners in life is what our sports performance training and youth fitness program will do. For ages youth 6-11, this program will focus on progressing athletic movement while refining and ingraining fundamental skills of speed, agility and power. This program will take your young athlete to the next level while fine tuning their game.
Young Adults Ages 12-16
As the world of sports continues to focus on power and strength, higher expectations are being placed on young athletes. As a parent, you may be questioning if your teen is too young to be worried about strength training. If done correctly, strength training can enhance physical and psychosocial development, improving muscular coordination and preventing obesity, diabetes, and other chronic illness. Come join our program at Sangrock to help your young athlete meet his or her expectations.
$10 per class, 3 x week $65 per month
Adult Athletic Conditioning

Athletic Conditioning is a complete workout catered to all fitness levels, and will give you a total body workout. The key element focuses are on are endurance, strength, power, and core. This program will enhance your performance by improving precision, control, strength, power, and agility. Jumpstart your metabolism, optimize your athletic performance, and train smarter with our combination of body control and power movements which transform regular training regiments into high intensity, results-driven workouts. Our system will help retrain unbalanced muscles, initiate the core, and build strength from within.

Trainer: Kemp Harvey
Sangrock Black Belt World would like to welcome Kemp Harvey to our staff! Kemp is a former U.S. Army Sniper and also performed High-Threat Security overseas working for the Department of State. He obtained his crossfit certification and opened his own training studio in 2013. His focus is on functional fitness and Olympic lifting, as well as, Strongman training. He will be heading our students Athletic Conditioning program to accompany Taekwondo, in developing workouts which will help young athletes become stronger, faster and better conditioned.
