Gear List: Duffel Bag, Full Uniform, Running Gear (Water Bottle, Running Shoes, T-Shirt, Shorts or Running Pants), Sparring Gear (Chest Guard, Head Gear, Shin and Forearm Protectors, Mouth Guard)

This camp is designed to improve the basics and delve deeper into the Taekwondo Training received at Sangrock. This camp is designed to help students go further into the training that can't happen in the 50 minutes of class. This is for students who really want and/or need to improve on his or her training. Do you want to dig deeper into your training? This is the perfect camp for you!

Registration Fee for Camp is: $35, additional family members recieve $10 off and Demo Team Members receive $5 off registration.
