Austin Snowden has been doing Tae Kwon-Do for 6 years and is a Kukkiwon certified 2nd Dan Black Belt. Instructor Austin went to Nationals in 2018 for Olympic Sparring, and he is planning to go in 2020. Austin is proficient in various weapons, but staff is his favorite. Austin has assisted in the instruction of multiple women’s self-defense seminars here at Sangrock in the past and wants to continue to do more to empower women and their safety.
Austin is the current coach for the Wesley Chapel Demonstration Team as well as the sparring team. Austin enjoys the challenge of teaching Little Phoenix (ages 3-6) students because of the ways in which the 3-6 age group learns. Besides Tae Kwon-Do, which takes up most of his life, Austin likes to play Dungeons and Dragons.
